Re: Bermuda Grass
Another option that I would recommend is sprigging. Getting seed to germinate properly is not the easiest in most situations so sprigging can go a long way. When I sprig, I can usually have it fully covered in 5-6 weeks depending on type of grass and weather. This would allow you to apply a good ...

Free call give-a-way...Mayday Custom Calls
Hello MSDuck friends,
First of all, I wanted to say thanks for the business and support this site has given us over the last few months of being a sponsor. We have met some great people, turned out some nice calls, and raised a lot of money for Juvenile Diabetes Research.

I then put it through a series of dips, Shelac and a mix of clear varnish/mineral spirits. This helps protect the ...

Mesquite duck call project
Chad (cwink) sent over a log from a Mesquite tree from his south Texas property and we were able to get a few duck calls out of it. This was the first time I ever turned Mesquite and it makes an awesome toneboard when its stabalized.
Thanks for the project Chad!

I would start with a good mid-toned call in acrylic or maybe an african blackwood. Mayday MT, Dixieland Rogue, Echo xlt, RNT Orginal, etc.
