Ok -

308 165 Grain +2.1 at 100 and - 8.8 at 300 at 500 you better aim high by about 51"

45-70 - leverlution +3.0 at 100, zero at 200 and -27.8 at 300..

Just an FYI All of these stats are Zeroed at 200 yards..

I don't have those numbers in front of me.. But bullets will start the rise at the muzzel and continue to rise out to about 50 - 75 yards before they start down.. I can't get to any ballistic sites here from work.. It's like YouTube..

Are you really getting that much better performance out of hand loads.

Because every factory ammo I see is no where near that flat..

The flattest I see for 300 Win Mag is if your +3 at 100 you would be -4 at 300 and - 15 at 400 and the 300 WSM is very similar.. If your really getting that much flatter shooting bullets from Handloads that is amazing..

Yeah....I plan on doing just that this year. It's a neat little gun, I really like it a lot. I'll probably use it until I kill one, then I MIGHT get the ol .308 back out. 1st things 1st though...gotta let my daughter put one on the ground with it before I do.
