Dad is still deer hunting mostly but is throwing a duck hunt in every once in a while. Tell Clint not to worry, I'm sure his dad has missed a few also, as have I. Saw the swayback buck night before last, he is huge. He was chasing a doe from the south.

I have a Offical Ducks Unlimited calendar, and my daughter just noticed that it does not have "Christmas" noted on the 25th. She then noticed that it did not note "Easter" either, but did have Hanukkah, Boxing Day, etc. Why does Ducks Unlimited not include Christian Holidays but includes all others ...

Go to your local muffler shop, and ask them to build you one. Take the muffler pipe and make a base in the form of an "H" with the center of the "H" being about 18 inches. Check with your local County NRCS or FSA office. Provided they have the funds it could be possible that they will re-plant the hardwoods at little cost to you.
