What kind of prices are you finding on the pelletized lime?
Seeds, Inc. in Memphis has it for $4.00 in a 40# bag. Most applications rates I have read recommend 300# per acre for foodplots with a moderate need for lime disked in a few inches deep; more for heavy need.

Re: G&H Decoys (Great Customer Support)
I drive through Oklahoma quite often (actually headed back again tomorrow) and often times go right through Henryetta where the factory is located. It's less than a mile off I-40. I notice they have a store so I stop one time. There was an older gentleman in there and he and I struck up a ...

Re: found the ducks
Had business in Ashdown, Arkansas yesterday just north of Texarkana. The County Judge there told me they are having the best duck season of his life, and he's probably 60 years old. On my way back, drove over Lake Millwood dam which is about 15 miles east of Ashdown and the lake was covered up with ...

Re: When/If they go back to 30 and 3?
a "normal" year doesn't produce liberal seasons, and OK and TX don't raise very many ducks. Those ND and SD #'s were bolstered by the fact that they were WAY WAY over for the first 6 months of last year.
I still don't see it. The entire area from ND down to Kansas is at worst within 4" (4 ...

Re: When/If they go back to 30 and 3?
They would be forced to go back to a less liberal season if the counts fell ( possibly do to lack of ponds if we don't get snow across the prairies soon ).
I have heard this mentioned more than once in recent days here. Just because the precipitation is not falling in the form of snow does not ...

Re: Legal Advice
If you are pretty good about reading legal jargon and looking for loop holes, you can do something like my neighbor. I live next door to our former HOA president. He's a certified jerk--I received a letter the very first week I lived there because I kept my U-haul trailer in my drive overnight ...

Its on hwy 51 in southaven. Not sure of the judges name. It is small claims court I know that.
I was dragged into that very same court. I lost even though it was total BS. Those judges are not necessarily what you think should be a judge. The one I had was a realtor by trade, a judge during her ...

When you come into town, make sure to come in on the bypass south of the track. Traffic through town is horrible on race days.
We have family that lives there and we have learned all of the back roads to get to their place on Lake Hamilton.

Our year wasn't "killer' but we didn't get skunked this season either. I would call it "slightly above average".Dux Be Us wrote:I had a killer season...didnt get skunked at all
