Mallard Machine, "Good People"

Postby Sprig » Thu Jan 08, 2004 11:36 am

I just wanted to put in a good word for the folks over at Mallard Machine. I bought one from Macks back before Christmas and it just never worked right. I called Macks and they were not just rude, but hung up on me after I had been transferd to 6 different people. Long story short, I found the Mallard Machine website, Called them Monday and had a new part on Wed @ no Charge, The thing works like a charm now. My hats off to the guys over there , Great Service !

Sprig, they are good people. I bought one 2 years ago and the hub was broke when I bought it and they had me a new one in just a few days no questions. Good bunch of guys over there....don't know if there product is worth what I paid for it though.

Sprig, my boss bought one from macks, and it was wired wrong. Every time we would turn it on, it would come flying out of the water. We switched the wires and it works fine. I saved $250 and built my own and it has worked for me.
