Bourbon of Choice

Postby bigbeeducker » Thu Nov 13, 2008 10:09 pm

Post up your favorites. Either everyday deals or good sippin whisky, don't matter.
If any of you appreciate a fine small batch bourbon, I would highly suggest some George T Stagg. 144 proof and smooth as Charles Barkley talkin to a bunch a seventh graders.

Had em all. Atleast I'd like to think so. Anyway.

Hands down. Best bourbon esp. when $$ is taken into consideration.
Woodford Reserve

Most likely to sneak up on you and tear you a new one:
Wild Turkey 101

Good summer bourbon (lighter flavor):
Eagle Rare or Basil Hayden

Gives me the worst Hangover:
Prichard's

Best flavor but kinda ruff on the ole head/colon:
Black Maple Hill

Other Good Standby:
Knob
Makers
1792
Bakers/Bookers/Blantons/Elijah Craig

Cheap but not bad
Old Charter

Damn Near Bottom of the Barrel
Dickle

All together worst
Whiskey River (Willie Nelso Whiskey with the guitar pick on the bottle)

Whiskey that topwaters drink:
Segrams (you heard me GH22 8) )
Ghey stuff in the purple sack. Cheap blended whiskey with lots of sugar sold in a purple sack to make it look nice.
And anything with a diet mixer. Drink it with ice maybe a splash of water. If you want drink something with a mixer buy vodka.

I think he asked for "Bourbon"...not whiskey...and that Irish Swill isn't even real whiskey at that
