login problem

login problem

i have tried to login a number of times and when i request help it says i don't have proper acct user name and that email address is invalid but if i try to set up new acct to login it says my email address is already taken so i must have a new email. please resend my login info to me

I just went through the member logs, and there is no sturn or Sturn in the listings. You must have used another username. I also do not know how to do a search with an email address to find the username. The admin will have to figure that out.

I see nothing wrong with the account, but I did reset the password to 123456 .
