Anyone seeing any snowgeese

Postby peewee » Sat Feb 15, 2003 10:27 pm

Saw a couple flocks near Yazoo City and one flock near Valley Park this afternoon. Anybody seeing any and if you dont mind about what vicinity. With such a poor duck season I am fixing to take it out on something.

I may go to Heaven, or I may go to hell....But one thing is for certain..It'll be after Duck season!!

There was a small flock (300 +/-) in the Straight Bayou area Thursday and Friday.

On my way to church this morn I saw about 300-400 mallards sitting in a low spot in a bean field of ours right on the side of the road SE of Dundee. When I came back on my way home about 300-400 snows were trying to join them and the mallards were down to about 50. Go figure :?: 8)

Saw several flocks in the 200-300 range and a field covered with 10-15 thousand off of 49W between Belzoni and Isola Saturday. I was thinking that would be some post season fun too. Good luck.
