My bud cooked this at the glhc a few years ago and has been a may stay for a side.

Duck Camp Rice

1can Beef Consumme(sp??)
1can French Onion Soup
1cup of Rice
1/2 stick of butter
if you like
cut up jap pepper
sliced mushrooms

mix together cook 350 until rice is done
double or triple if needed

Crack Heads Duck Poppers

Fresh Jap peppers with the tops cut off, cut in half and cleaned out
Ducks sliced in strips approx size of jap about a 1/3 inch thick(I use a jiccard to tend)
Marinate ducks over night in hot n spicey allegro and italian dressing
Fresh grated parmesian cheeze not the powder crap
bacon cut in half

Take the japs fill to the top with pamesian cheeze place duck strip ontop wrap with bacon and stick with tooth pick. Grill to your liking!

my favorite duck camp recipe.....

start with one LARGE plastic cup (Willow Break is good), fill up with ice, then pour bourbon over ice to about 2 inches from the top (none of that Tennessee Whiskey stuff, Makers Mark or Charter will do)...add coke for color and consume.....
