Walk past the hard rock and look to your right. You can buy all you want off the boats. Ate some from there last night, buddy paid $5/lb.

What he said.

I'd imagine the $5 a lb ones were nice sized. We bought some there a couple of weeks ago for $2 a pound. I'd say they were probably 40-50 size shrimp, maybe smaller. Season had just opened I think. Should be more variety in sizes to choose from. At the time nobody had any large or jumbo (lol) shrimp.

For other stuff, try https://qualitypoultryandseafood.com/ . It's very close to the Beau. We always hit them on the way out of town - fresh fish, oysters, more shrimp (we get ours off the boat), crawfish in season, crabs and scallops. Lots of neat stuff - seasonings to frozen items.

Hell, they even have Hoover Sauce.

I've got a shrimper that comes to my office couple times a month. He lives in wiggins and fishes out of Biloxi. Actually bought some today for 5.50 lb for 10 count. Best I've ever had.

Yep go to small craft harbor just past the hard rock. I bought some huge shrimp two weeks ago for $4.50 a lb and smaller ones for $2 a lb at pass Christian harbor.

When you go to the boats make sure there an ICE boat not a quick freeze if you plan to boil them. They don't peel well if quick frozen.
