The reporter asked Les Miles if he thought Russell Shepherd's career at LSU was a flop. Coach Miles was pissed at the question and did a hell of a job taking up for his players, and was really professional in hiding his anger.

The hat is a little crazy- yes, but he says whats on his heart and I like that, you can tell he loves his players and the game.

The guy is weird but he loves the game and the players love him. He has averaged 10 (almost 11) wins a year during his 8 years at LSU. Miles has that record while having to play Florida every hear. Imagine if Kentucky or Vandy was their permanent from the east. What if Bama had played Florida every year the last 8 years instead of Tennessee?

It means that LSU has Florida as their permanent matchup from the East. Alabama has Tennessee. Florida has been better than Tennessee and the rest of the east since Miles has been the LSU coach. If Alabama had Florida on their schedule every year instead of Tennessee then their schedule would have been harder. Same goes for State/Kentucky and Ole Miss/Vandy.
