Way Too Early 2012 SEC Football Predictions

(1) Bama - too much talent and too good of coaching
(2) LSU - a lot of talent, new QB and same coaching
(3) MSU - I think they will be solid this year..really solid
(4) aTm - they will make some noise
(5) Auburn - Chizik is looking at some hot pants
(6) Arky - Talented but troubled for obvious reasons
(7) OM - I think they may only win 3 games due to lack of talent

East:
(1) USCe - talented and experienced
(2) UTenn - their offense will be nasty good (surprise of SEC)
(3) UF - they will be much improved
(4) UGA - take a step back
(5) Mizzou
(6) Vandy
(7) UK

I think its pretty safe to pencil in the Rebs as last place in the West, and Kentucky as last place in the East.

Nutt really did leave the Rebels is a bad spot. It may take years to get back to being a Cotton Bowl level team. Freeze is proving to be a very solid recruiter though. IMO, he needs to focus on d-line, o-line and QB. He appears to be doing just that and is in on some really highly regarded recruits.

With regard to the Eastern Division and UGA, the loss of Crowell would appear to make Delta's predicition of UGA falling to 4th in the East much more likely. Add to that the apparent team dissention (see Rant in other thread), and this could be an even worse year for UGA.

Not so early now that the polls have come out as well. Your predictions look pretty much like the polls Deltamud77 except for them liking UGA alot more. I think MSU, Aub, and Arkie are the real ? in the west and no one will be surprised in the order those 3 finish. I like TN to surprise some people too, but agree polls have it right with Georgia and SC being tops in East. My two cents:
