Very seldom do the words cancer & smile belong in the same sentence. Today they do for Shon Coleman, his family, friends, coaches, & teammates.
Mississippi’s 2010 top ranked player from Olive Branch was diagnosed with leukemia shortly after signing with AU and has since been in a battle against many odds to live out his lifelong dream of playing D1 Football. Being cleared to practice today is the first step towards those dreams! I hope he builds up slowly and realizes his dreams! War Eagle Shon!
