Got some work in Kosciusko and Starkville.

Try Gardner Engineering in Kosciusko or Crowder Engineering in Ackerman

+1 on gardner...Christian ("chief") is a good guy and may even survey both places. if not, he can recommend someone in the starkville area...shouldn't have a problem finding a few around starkville, with a strong civil engineering curriculum on campus.
you may even try civil eng dept...may can get it done as a class project.
Experience is a freakin' awesome teacher...
