Hi! I ran across your website (nice!) while doing a search regarding our 4th
Annual Wildgame Event held by First Baptist Church, Crystal Springs. Our guest this
year is the Duck Commander Phil Robertson. It promises to be a great
evening---super food and a dynamic speaker. I regret not thinking of searching out
local duck-hunting associations earlier so that I might get the word out to you
sooner, but do you think you would be interested in notifying some of your area
members of our event? All proceeds from the evening go toward missions. There will
also be doorprizes. I'll attach the event flyer so you can think about it. (Don't
think about it too long, though . . . the event is tomorrow evening, Saturday, April
3rd.) Thanks much for considering this.
Blessings to you and yours,
Beth Ann Johnson

Here is a email I just got today..
Wish I could go, I have wanted to hear him speak for a while. A friend of mine saw him a few years ago and said he was pretty interesting.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

I got to see Phil a couple of years ago in H'burg when South MS HRC had him as a guest speaker. Before it started I took a look at the ol' boy and thought to myself, " Bet he'll drink a beer with ya". I was wrong....But thats what I get for profiling someone.
Anyway... He is a great speaker, and has one heck of a testimony!
On top of that he gives you a little example of his calling techniques, which are the best I have ever heard. His best to me was his woodie immitation, he got a standing ovation from all of us South MS boys. He's pretty funny too, you should hear his answer to people that ask about him shooting ducks on the water, and how he knows how many he killed.
