Re: Tomato Pie
As much as it pains me to compliment TJ, this pie is incredible.

Re: Tomato Pie
Yep - been intending on posting a +1 on the mater pie. Mine turned out well.
You know how some dishes just that great as a "leftover".....some things are actually better "leftover"? Anyway, this dish is just fine leftover.....especially using Ritz crackers as a scoop. I might even try adding crumbled ritz crackers to the top of my next pie.
Thanks Champ

Re: Tomato Pie

Anybody been making any of these this summer?
Sent from the middle of no where and the state of confusion.
I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.
Re: Tomato Pie

Re: Tomato Pie
Had one about a week or so ago and it was fine! Unfortunately, my tomatoes didn't do as well as last year.

Whoooo!! That looks fine! I was looking at the neighbor's tomato plants and thinking about this thread just this week.
Never assume.
