Need some names of roofers in the area to look at my house. Got a leak I can't find, had one guy fix something that wasn't the issue, and now he wants to re-roof 1/2 the house to find / fix a pin hole in 7 y/o shingles ($3200).
Waiting on Dixie from Winona and Greenwood Sheet Metal to come look but don't know if I can afford them.
Insurance adjuster doesn't see anything to make a claim on, so it looks like this will be out of pocket.

Call David Mims. 662-897-4653 I have used him in the past and he has been very reasonable and has done great work. Good luck with that leak. I just went through the same thing at my house about 9 months ago.

You may want to check with local remediation/dry out companies to see if they have an infrared camera that may be able to detect the leak from inside the attic as well if access is possible. Of course there would need to be moisture present when they did their inspection.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him.

David Mims is great as stated above I'd use him. My Parents did and he was fast and did a good job. Good clean up too I know that means a lot to me!
