New Ducks!!!!!!!

The ducks started arriving Fri. a.m.. We got set up late due to getting lost and did not get to work but 4 mallards. Fri. eve we sat and watched a field that the pintail and mallards were absolutely eating up. There was a steady stream coming from the north.Saturday morning we hunted some timber off the big river and picked up 9 greens and 5 susies and 1 woodie. Lots off ducks in the air all morning but they were eating up a slough we couldnt hunt about 1/2 mile away. we saw several thousand mallards.

Dutch Dog...b.long is telling the truth, i hunted w/ him and he doesn't know it yet, but the sunday morning we hunted that draw he was speaking of and killed four...the ducks vanished, i have never seen anything like it...they should have been there and they were gone...even the field he spoke of was empty...crazy [img]images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]
