Anyone have a clue what is going on at Rapids on the Rez????

Anyone have a clue what is going on at Rapids on the Rez???? They have a fence up and it has been being guarded. Bunch of cars and trucks etc... and today 4 tour buses show up. thought it was hail dmaged vehicles but got no clue. Anybody know whats up?

very odd. didnt think anyone was buying new vehicles.
