Neck and Back pain Help

My dad is 59

he has a big problem with neck and back pain.

he has seen several docotors in the metro area. Most want to give him Meds, He does not do well with meds they mess his digestive system.

He has seen Dr. Lyons and got very little relief.

he has been diagnosed with Chronic Arthritis.


any help with a reference would get great.

Injections helped me.

He's had a ton of injections, and nerves burned, only gives him relief for about 10 days

I know a lot of people don't like a chiropractor but my wife was in a car accident a couple of years ago and had neck pain and it helped her so I started going for my back pain I had and it really helped me out with movement and pain it also helped with a shoulder problem I had from high school.

Sorry to hear about your dad, I have been Pain is a hard thing to control. I hope he finds some relief.

Has he tried Neurontin or Lyrica?

I had back pain for years of furniture factory abuse and being overweight. I never knew what a Cadillac mattress felt like. But I have a buddy in the furniture business and now I sleep better and awaken feeling refreshed other than bending over on the side of the bed a few times just to get up.

gimmie a call at 601-383-2473 , i have had arthritis since a major car wreck when i was 17 , im 46 now. Give me a shout and i will tell you about something that has really helped me. No drugs and is actually really good for you in many ways.

Another, "may sound stupid", but does he sleep on two pillows? I'd learned that lesson years ago, then forgot it. Several weeks I was in bad pain. Went back to a single pillow and it went away within a few days.
