I have one of the Pascagoula factory decoys, several airduk paper mache's, some victors & other unknowns. Used to buy em all the time until my wife pointed out that I might have an "problem".
Been thinking about getting back into it some actually.
Here they are:

Good stuff EJS. Going to have to look through your birds at the camp a little closer next time.

Anyone have any info on this guy? This belonged to my grandfather, but has no markings that I have found. Would love to know more about it.

SP - that appears to be one of the Pascagoula decoys...probably a Victor/Animal Trap I have 4 mallards, couple of blue bills, a canvasback, black duck, and a pintail that are all Pascagoula decoys, along with several other miscellaneous types. I think the pintail had been repainted, which diminishes the value. I'll try and take a pic and post up.

I cannt tell by the pic the pascagoula decoys where made with a lathe there should be a min of 13 lathe marks on the tale.

nice teul. as far as the other one its hard to tell who made it. if it was from one of the pascagoula factories it appears that it was one of the higher end ones due to the lack of lathe marks. don't think its a victor or animal trap though as most of the victors had VICTOR stamped into the wood on the bottom. and paraduck you have a pm
