Heard some snows flying high outside my dorm a few minutes ago, makes me optimistic about this season.

I have heard snows in Baldwyn as well lately and have talked to friends that have also been hearing them scattered across northeast miss. Hope it's a sign of good things to come.

Same thing where I'm at. I'm a city slicker now.

Got a scope mounted on my gun with about 45 minutes of daylight left the other day. And then I came to the sad realization that I couldn't go into the backyard after boresighting it.

I cried on the inside, a little.

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day
and THAT is a duck hunt.

They flew over Flora/Canton area all morning. From 6:30 to 8:30 I probably saw 15 groups. Snows and blues.

A big fine group passed high over the square in downtown Canton at 9:50 this morning. It was something I needed badly after seeing the headlines when I got up.
