Hats off to LSU they played one heck of a game. I knew there was no way Bama went in and won easy like a lot of people thought. I was impressed by both offensive lines as both teams were able to run the ball and I thought LSUs defensive ends would get more pressure on McCarron. I thought for sure that second fumble did Bama in. Mettenberger may have finally come around. Bama did not play its best but found a way to win in the hardest place in the country to play.

My hats off to the LSU team and the coaching staff. They gave the TIDE all they wanted for 58.5 minutes! I hope that we can make good on this win by making the SEC proud in a few months!
I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.

LSU two weeks to rest and prepare, gave u all we wanted. Glad to see Bama pull it out in the end!

Congrats to Bama. Tough loss for LSU. I thought LSU was the better team most of the night...but the ending proved different.

The Bengal Tigers played an almost perfect game. Mettenberger played just about flawless - something he has yet to do all season. They pounded the ball, they tackled well, consumed yardage and consumed clock. LSU fans will be looking for this type of play on the remaining Sat'dys.

For Bama - a hostile environment, Game Day, night game, etc. To win the National Championship, you've got to have a little good fortune along the way. Even a bit of luck. Bama needed this type of win. The celebration ends tonight and the focus starts on Johnny Football.

I am not a radical fan of any team. ( I do not like state but that is irrelevant). I love SEC football. Saturday night was a prime example why.

Best conference in the country again and again and again!!
