Deuce out for the season

Dang, dogs have been taking a beating lately! My boy Deuce according to my vet may also have have partially torn ACL like poor ol Ellie Mae Dogg and will probably be out this season... Chasing damn squirrells! :evil: We have to take him to Dr. Battley as well on Fri. SUX!!!

Thank goodness I have his sister Peanut and she is jam-up!

Well Deuce is out of surgery and according to the vet is doing OK. He had a complete ACL tear... :x He is officially out for the season... :x SUX!!! :x

He is in great hands with Dr. Battley. He is a duck hunter and hunt tester, and knows what we do with dogs. He also does the majority of knee repairs in South MS. Get well soon Deuce!

Deuce pulled through surgery with flying colors... When we got him home yesterday, he was so miserable. Today, he's up and moving around like a champ! Now starts the first and very slow part of his physical therapy. He's tough and will bounce back I'm sure. Slooooww and easy going from here! :wink:
