hatchie bottom neoprene seat covers
I'm sure someone here owns a set of the neoprene seat covers?
1. How durable are they? Dogs in back seat, ect.
2. Is there any danger of moisture being trapped under the neoprene causing the seat to mildew?
Thanks.

Never used the Hatchie Bottom, but I have had two sets of Wet Okole' front and back in an extended cab z71 and have had zero problems of any kind. They are worth the coin, and fit like a glove. If you are in the market, give them a look. And the pistol holders are worth the extra $.

sportsman seat covers are the only ones to buy! They are made in Ecru MS, but they are expensive as hell
Re: hatchie bottom neoprene seat covers
Hunter is right....Hatchet made my back sweat the second I got on them. Camo seat are tuff as nails and they last. The guy that makes them comes from the funiture industry here in Ms. I loved mine and I had them on a tahoe for 8 years. Took them off when I sold it and the leather looked new.

I've had a couple of sets of okole Nero's. They look cool. Fit great. And hold up well. But....it the summer time you might as well be sitting on vinyl. Back sweat and swampass like never before. Damn!
This time I went cheap. Cabelas universal trailgear. I could not be happier. I will probably never buy neos again.

Re: hatchie bottom neoprene seat covers
I had not thought about the neoprene being hot, I was more worried about it trapping moisture.
I would appreciate any other recommendations, I don't know what all is available.
I'm normally not someone who would spend money on the truck accessories.
Thanks.

Sportsman's are your best bet. I wouldn't go with anything else.

Re: hatchie bottom neoprene seat covers
I have sportsman covers in my truck. I have nothing but compliments on this company. 4 yrs and not one tear or stressed seam. Plus it's a locally owned business. Not a Chinese sweat- shop.
Damn, i thought I had that one

Marathon makes a cordura cover similar to Sportsman's. Anyone had any experience with those?

are they cheaper than the sportsmans? I need some for my truck but can't chew off spending $500 when I can recover the seats for $700 if I need tooarduckslayer wrote:Me tooRedhead wrote:Marathon makes a cordura cover similar to Sportsman's. Anyone had any experience with those?

Front seat for my F250 - Sportsmans = $285
Marathon = $220
Not sure about the rear seat since I have a cheap cover for it and it doesn't need to fit perfectly tight.
Re: hatchie bottom neoprene seat covers
Rear seat on Z71 was less than 300 but it took 6 weeks to get it...
