Transporting BC Ceramic Grill?

Postby JaMak84 » Sat Mar 24, 2012 5:21 pm

Gotta move a ceramic grill from Magee to Cleveland. What's the best way to transport this thing without breaking something? Remove all the internal, remove hinge and seperate top from bottom?

When transporting my big green egg, I took the top off and placed in a box I made and wrapped the bottom in a blanket. I didn't wont to take any chances moving it. It was alittle work but worth it.

I hauled one from Greenwood to the coast. It was in the cart and I just tied the lid closed and strapped it down good to my trailer.
