a "normal" year doesn't produce liberal seasons, and OK and TX don't raise very many ducks. Those ND and SD #'s were bolstered by the fact that they were WAY WAY over for the first 6 months of last year.

Heard on the radio this morning that at this date last year, 52% of the country was coverded in snow, but currently, less than half of that is covered in snow.

I still don't see it. The entire area from ND down to Kansas is at worst within 4" (4" = approx. 100mm) of normal precipitation totals since July. 2 or 3 decent rainfall events in those minor areas along the Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri borders and they are back in line with normal totals. Even up into Canada, it doesn't look like there is a problem.kris Schaumburg wrote:a "normal" year doesn't produce liberal seasons, and OK and TX don't raise very many ducks.
