Had it in the past and it worked well. We changed to Comcast because it was cheaper to bundle TV, Phone, and Internet. They used to require a 2 year contract but I don't think they do that anymore.

I have Vonage now. Its pretty good, there are a few hick-ups here and there but for 15$ a month you cant beat it. I had to get something because where i live cell service is almost non-existant and my wife has to be on call with the hospital. With that said your call quality is only as good as your internet service.

This is a good point to bring up. Depending on the amount of bandwidth/Mb you pay for per month on your internet service, this will determine the quality of your phone service. Another words, if you do not pay for a decent amount of bandwidth/Mb, then if you are surfing the internet and talking on the phone, you may loose speech between yourself and the other part for a few seconds. This is especially true if you goto an internet site that has a lot of data to transfer.ajfa wrote:With that said your call quality is only as good as your internet service.
