That's at Sandhill ATV in Perkinston, near Wiggins. Danny will do that 5 or 6 times per day when he is out there. He's probably in his fifties also! He always tries to talk us into doing it with him, but that ain't my thing! It's a great place to go ride, whether you have a utility or sport bike - 350 acres of sand dunes!

They use those big lug paddle tires.
We use them racing on clay with the atvs.
Pretty cool to see them do that. I wouldnt put mine across something like that though

All I can say is WOW, that's a jaw dropper.
It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I hydroplaned a Honda 300ex across part of a flooded field once but it wasn't intentional. Scared the crap out of me.

A couple buddies of mine use to mud race 4wheelers and there was a skimmer class where utility quads had built motors and paddle tires on all 4 corners spraying NOS that would skim the mud pits. Keep in mind these guys only had a 5-10 ft start before they hit the water. Was a site to see

Don't have a duck boat? It's okay, just use your 4-wheeler instead.

One of my drivers modified his 4wheeler to go across water. Took some metal pipes and made a frame and mounted to the frame of ATV. Then put drums on the side to make it float. Well it actually works. If I can find the video of it I will post it up to see. Uses a paddle if he cant get enough traction on the tires in the water also.
