Isn't this the same thing Jeff foiled is being charged with? Or 1 of his 28 charges

Ya know you frootloops try to read to much into crap sometimes...........I think what the man waas saying was that as he was guiding he shot his limit......some hunters do not like this, some hunters need it as without it there would be alot less ducks shot, and some want it as it is more for them to take home...............
