camo?

I know alot you fellows are not much into what kind of camo you have but does anybody on here like are have the duckblind pattern from MOSSY OAK, looks like it would blend in to alot of different different places.

I like natural gear. Don't have any, but I think next time it gets time to buy some camo that's what I'll get. I also like the Mossy Oak Brush pattern and that would be my second choice. Especially for a double duty waterfowl/field turkey hunting camo I think it would be suited well.

I agree, but not many places in Mississippi - better for marsh and barley fields IMO - not much for bottomland timber unless there was some grassy areas.

I do think they named it appropriately, because it looks like stuff folks camo duck blinds with........but a lot of those I've seen don't really blend-in with the surroundings.......they look like a duck blind.

I agree that Natgear is a good all-around pattern - especially in pea fields up North and soybean fields down here.

I really don't think it matters. If you are where they want to be, remain still and let them work you will be successful. You could on the other hand buy something new every year that is supposed to be the "real deal", paint your face, use a full choke and sky blast. Just my humble opinion.

Well I'm thoroughly convinced that a turkey can see better than a duck and they don't really seem to care if you've got "green" or "spring" type camo on so you be the judge. Just my .02

Duck blind really took off down here in South La. It really blends in well with alot of our fresh and saltwater marshes. Im really liking the Bottomland camo pattern, it blends pretty well in brushy freshwater blinds. I saw that Drake is selling a line of cloths in shadow grass, i think im gonna have to invest cause I find where i hunt shadow grass blends the best.

It all depends on where you hunt. If you're hunting in the field/marsh then it's a great pattern. But if you're hunting in timber, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Go with anything from mossy oak. They are a mississippi company. Not to mention great patterns.

AMEN BROTHER. I have called and killed turkeys within 15 paces while only wearing jeans, long sleeve black tee and a ball cap. When I do where camo, whether it's ducks or big game, it's always USMC issue for me.
