Boat ramp at Sardis?

Does anybody know if they are still putting a public boat ramp in on hwy 7 on the upper end of sardis lake?

They were still hauling dirt in there last saturday when I went by.

It is not scheduled to be finished until early spring 2011.

They are going to put a ramp in off of 7, but probably won't be open by this spring.
