Duck Lands Worth (Lease)

How much is 80 acres a few miles from Hillsdale Refuge worth? Holds water all yr. and half is in CRP. A friend of mine has it and is thinking of leasing it out. It can hold several holes.I am not trying to lease it, just trying to get the going rate.

$4,000 to $20,000 depending on the past history. There is no set price when it come to $$$ amount per acre for duck land.

My guess is $2500. minimum up to maybe $4000.

I lease 1800 acres out, with 5 pits so you dont have interference with holes being too close. 80 acres isnt big enough for a few holes, without disturbing each others hunt. make one good hole with a nice blind and put it up for bid in the paper. you need to have pics of past hunts so you can back up the past history.
