Frog Giggin' Time?

Postby A5 » Wed Feb 25, 2004 6:10 pm

I'm starting to hear them a little more. Just wanted to know when you guys think it's gonna be warm enough to make it worth while. Anyone ever had good luck in March or is this still a little early?

I don't know about MS, but in Louisiana frog season is open year round except for April and May. I typically go froggin only during the summer time. You can't beat spending a night on a creek, a case of beer, and a mess of frogs. In rural Northeast Louisiana froggin almost has a cult following during the summer.
