My New Years cheeseburger' Luck

Hunt in Crenshaw/Dundee, Miss. on a club lease through David Melton(Delta Ducks). Hunted first time this year on hole #1-very slow. First 2 mallards came in circled 3 times came in on my side killed the drake and then the hen. Couldn't find the drake until 2 hours later-had a band dated 08-07! Lucky to recover this one Only killed 2 more mallards after that.

Yep, David bands a bunch of tamies. Was it a red band or blue band? The 2005 tamies were gold I think. When I hunted with him he was slow about turning ducks loose.

Excuse me sir- i wouldn't recommend that you lay an internet arse-whuppin on anyone! One day you may get a chance to meet a few people on this forum. Folks may have good memories.

Easy killer. I was only joking about David turning loose tamies. Just out of curiosity did the band have a banding date on it? I've never seen a federal band with a banding date. I think someone is pulling your leg and put a fake band on your duck while you weren't looking.
