Duck hunting in Leland MS

Hey guys new to the website quick question. I am going down to Leland to duck hunt how is the hunting and bird activity right now? Thanks

I've heard reports of new birds from Drew all the way down to Ft Adams. If your spot is any good then hopefullly you will kill the stew out of em.

good question, not many ducks in leland area right now. much better in marks, crowder area. p.s. dont be intimadated by the few on here that dont want you to give a duck report, most on here like to get reports from various areas around the state, not saying give a exact gps location you are hunting but area reports should be given by all

I'll be 100% honest. Very, Very few right now. There are 2 areas that are holding a lot of birds, both private, but other than that it is slim pickings.

I usually give you newbies a hard time but tonight I feel good to share with you, there are no f'in ducks around, they are all piled up in Tallahatchie. Unless you are good friends with Billy Dunavent,or wanna pay the Flautts to hunt you may wanna sleep in, and this is serious I am not yankin your chain. Very slow.

back up here in tallahatchie again!! For the rest of the week! Sure hope to god it gets better than it was this morning had one decent set of teal come in this morning managed to get three between a couple hunters one mallard and two hollywoods!!! Seen more friggin hollywoods this year than ever but when your bored they still hit the water with a smile!!! Hope the birds get up off Billy's water cuz god only knows that's where the birds are. We are real close but he sure has all the birds!!! Take care, good luck, and I'll let ya know if it gets better!
