Wrap barrel in towel and place in a vise but only apply enough pressure to keep the barrel from turning (don't go ape). Put your choke wrench in there and maybe use something else for leverage attached to the wrench. It will take a while but it will come out.....pb blaster is amazing stuff...so soak it first then try the vise.
I used to shoot a full-steel choke and could never get it out w/o a struggle.

I WAS HOPING THAT NO S.A. WOULD COME BACK WITH THAT, I KNOW, I KNOW, BUT TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE BENELLI I OWNED ONE BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS AND YES I DID LIKE IT BUT.... THE BARRELL BULGED ON IT ABOUT 8 INCHES FROM THE CHAMBER SO I SOLD IT FOR THIS GUN YOURE PROBALLLY RIGHT THE SBE HAS NO FAULTS OR DOES IT??? I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY G.H. AS IM SURE YOUR PLEASED WITH YOUR SBE THEY BOTH HAVE AND WILL KILL MANY DUCKS SO YOU SHOOT YOURS AND I'LL SHOOT MINE WITH THE CHOKE STUCK OR NOT BUT BEST WISHES TO YOU AND YOUR SBE...
Kroil is what you need. It is an industrial grade lubricant that is designed to break things lose. Put it on there and let is soak over night. Put the barrel in a vise with towels around it and when you start tring to break it lose tap it solidly but not real hard. Do that until it breaks lose. It will break lose no question about it. If it doesn't work the first day let it soak another. The steady solid taps will do amazing things for it also. It breaks the rust lose from all the vibrations. Do not heat the end of the barrel if you like the gun. Heat will get it out for sure, but it will also mess the temper up in your barrel.

You can tell Wingman has done a little farming in his time. Hes talkin about using a good ole cheater bar on a choke wrench. One of my dad's most famous farming slogans was: "&*#$, go get me a bigger hammer and a cheater bar"
Oh yeah,....turn the other way.
I couldn't resist. I gotta use my diplomoooooa some time.
