99% of the time the dog is very calm in her box (even at HT's) - I am not worried about it

Thanks for the info Kevin - I may order a couple of those "chew proof" natmats - I will let you know how they hold up

I agree...that was good stuff..........

Lots of pros in TX are using Nats Mats and swear by them. Give them a shot. Also nothing wrong with no mat in a SS box either but I like mats in the dogs holes myself and know how you feel.

Some dogs will just chew them up leaving a shredded mess; some will chew and swallow; some don't chew at all. Some hike to pee and some squat. Nothing to do with training.
