Looking for some land

Postby MemphisStockBroker » Wed Feb 25, 2009 9:03 am

guys, I have a client who is looking to purchase some land to deer hunt on. He wants it to be no farther south than Grenada. He has no interest in duck hunting. And he does not want to pay $2,500 an acre. If there is not a cabin on it already, he will build one - for a weekend get away.

If you run across something in North Miss, let me know.
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

PM me his name and # and I will give it to a buddy of mine in real estate. If can't find it for him I don't think it can be found.
It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
