I have to give ole John Sara Jessica Parker Wilson Phillips his props. I am not a big fan of the kid, but he is having one hell of a senior season so far. He's getting the job done! I'll have my crow now! I'll still stand by being happy with 8 wins this year and like our chances after watching so of our remaining opponents so far this season. If the TIDE can keep peforming like they have been, its gonna be a good year!

as a UGA fan...I am officially scared....not that Arkansas is a very good team, but 'Bama has owned the LOS so far...and UGA has been competent but not that impressive..... I hope we get our heads screwed on straight by next Saturday or it's gonna be a long day for UGA......

Bama looked good, but Arkansas is terrible. I think UGA beats us next week but the West will still be wide open.

I have thought all along and made no secret about it that I feel Alabama was going to be a big threat in the west this year. I had hoped I was wrong, but I think for sure I am not. About the only thing I can see slowing them down is injuries as best I can tell they don't yet have the depth to overcome injury. I sure am glad I have my tickets secured for Nov. 8 in tiger stadium that's gonna be a barn burner for sure.

It was a real ass whooping, first rate. It'll get worse before it gets better. The Freshmen have to stop "thinking" and the Oline needs to find its manhood. Next two games ain't going to be any better. Arkansas has to learn to stop shooting its self in the foot. It contributed to the incredible start for Bama and it only got worse. Figure it'll be two years, the play calling is there but the Nutt scrubs ain't capable of exucuting the plays.

Nutt left the defense completly depleted and the Oline is just learning a new scheme completely foriegn to them and having to do it in the SEC is, well, tough. It'll be fun to watch it come together. Petrino is hitting Texas and Okie hard in recruiting and it's starting to show on the commit list.

I haven't much stuck my head out on crazy predictions. But Ark will "upset" a better team and will improve each week and end up with more conference victories than any 'Sippi school with 3.

I for one personally dont understand...I think Bama may be a bit overrated at this point

I mean no real challenges as of yet except for a Clemson team that is obviously not as good as everyone expected...not taking away from the win there and Bama no doubt got up for the game (opener) and looked impressive after that they haven beaten anybody and call Arkie an SEC matchup, but they are weak plain and simple

next week should be a good game but IMO it will be a true test for Bama, granted UGA has sputtered and are not quite the team offensively maybe everyone expected

not for or against either in this matchup but I think Bama fans may be unpleasantly suprised

You are not exactly going out on a limb with any of those comments.

Most Alabama fans aren't counting a "W" against UGA.

No matter how bad Arkansas is, its still tough to go on the road in the SEC and win the way they did. Clemson was picked to win the ACC. Whats there not to understand? They may not be the #8 team in the country, but thats why they play the games....and they have played the first 4 pretty well.

He might be named to it for the third straight year but he'll be Jonathan Luigs bitch when it comes to the Rimington Award.

Luigs was finalist in 06 and won it in 07 and seemed to have gotten even better in spring drills.

I'll say this, buckle your seatbelt boys the SEC will be all out war from here on out.
