Teal - Anybody else scouting

Postby britlab » Tue Aug 12, 2008 8:56 am

I have been scouting a little bit over the last two weeks and am not finding a ton of teal down this way yet. I have been looking both in north ms and down in the delta (82 to 1 and south). Just wondering if I am the only one not seeing numbers worth getting excited about hunting yet.

Was on the river over the weekend and did not see anything. Will be checking back regularly for any changes and will post.

Haven't seen a teal yet, did see a Pintail over the weekend. Normally we see teal around August 15 and beyond down here on the southern end of the flyway.

Been seeing a good many. Have had a few decent hunts. Although some of them still have wolves.
