"Aubrun ain't no good."
"Mississippi State will kill that spread"
(Auburn +2.5)
"MSU is gonna run the table and win out in the west"

Hey GH22, it ain't too late for you to get to church this morning and repent!

Why dodge GH22???

Hell I'll admit it, State played very crappy. Really the first game that I turned against Madkin, but Fant is no better. If Fant was ready to play he would have taken over for Madkin after all the overthrows. Auburn didn't play well either, but did enough to win the game. GC, I'm needing some help with this eye dominance mess when you get some time.

Everytime they pop up that stat for Madkin(24-12 as a starter) they arent really sayin much because half of those wins were Wyatt's because he bailed them out every game in the 4th quarter because Madkin couldnt get the job done. I bet state wish they still had him.

Wyatt was 2-2 when replacing Madkin, both wins were against prevent. Wyatt took two of madkin's wins, but also gave wayne two losses.

Duckman835, you are very right about Wyatt bailing Madkin out. Madkin is a Jekyl & Hyde - always has been. It's the fear of the unknown that most State fans have about Madkin. You never know if you'll get an All-SEC performance or a high school performance. We're getting pee-wee performances right now. You could also say that about the whole team as well right now.

GH22, I hate to disagree with a fellow dog but Kevin not playing doesn't mean he isn't any better or not ready. It simply means that Jackie meant what he said...Madkin is the QB. Period.

Jackie's just being hard headed and refusing to acknowledge that he might have been wrong about Madkin. If he played Kevin it would be an admission he was wrong about Wayne. I'm afraid we won't get to see Kevin play until he's a junior and with no experience.

GC-the-UM-Alumnus here. I watched Fant play all throughout high school. He was an outstanding high school QB. I look for him to be an outstanding college QB once he gets some snaps. Yer boy Madkin is a cabbage.
