Tally for Dog challenge for food etc???

Copiah, I can take care of bugs, but I really would prefer to not be boiling into the wee hours of the night. If we truly have around 100 people we would need a LOT of crawfish. I can bring a pot, burner and gas, and fixins along with crawfish. I think about three sacks would be about as much as I want to fool with, prolly not enough to fill everyone up, but enough to get everyone some bugs. Ya'll let me know what you think about this, also to do three sacks of bugs we are probably talking $200 for bugs fixins and such. Just let me know what you all want and I'll be happy to take care of it.

There should be a good interest for the bug cooking and I am sure that the ones that wanna eat em would have no problem chipping in and if we need more there is a place close to get a bag or two xtra but 100 should be all that I would plan for the mudbug cooking. Check with MSBIGDAWG he got cooker and pot as well to help.

As for Band and Mudbugs it can be a goooooo!! Just let me know ahead and I will try and get a flatbed trailer set up for band etc and if anyone has tables and chairs to set up that would be nice. We usually rent tables and chairs for events out there but if someone knows of anyone with acsess that helps. Plan on a few more for lunch. There will be a good many family from down that way and will probably eat as there aint much to do and with all the traffic there will be a good many people that live down there checking it out. There will be about 20 form just my group.

OK listen up ---------- The BUG cooking has nothing to do with the Charity Hunt Test . With that being said anyone who wants to stay for the BUG cooking is more than welcome , i will furnish the band , and help in any way i can ,,,,,,,Jeff is willing to bring the bugs and cook them ,,,,,however we need to try and get a head count on how many will eat bugs , we can NOT expect him to buy them and cook them for our enjoyment ,,,,,,,,so everyone interested in the after party needs to let us know so we will know how many bugs and what it will cost each .
