Guys I appreciate it. This is one reason that I enjoy this forum so much, we can all relate to each other on some level.

gw, i've had my lab for 9 yrs now. 2 1/2 yrs or 9 yrs, you get close to your dog and form a bond thats like no other. as long as you remember the truck rides and boat rides, she'll always be around. i'm sure when delta dies i'll lose it. sorry to hear about your loss.

Sorry Gadwall2. Thought I was too tough to ever cry over a pet but when my Brittany,Ginger was killed I busted loose. I hate it for the kids too. INJ
