Movies for the wife.

Postby Wingman » Mon Oct 29, 2007 9:50 am

I need to find a new movie for my wife. If I have to watch "The Wedding Planner" one more time, I think I will self destruct (although, that J Lo ain't hard to look at.)

I need a chick flick that is halfway manly, like a war movie with a little romance or something.

Any suggestions? (I know, this ranks right up there with the yorkie thread)

It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Shindler's List (sp?), although it's old, they do have some nudity and x-rated scenes.

'Legends of the Fall'. 'The Break Up'. A lot of Hugh Grant Movies are good too (in my opinion anyways). 'For Love of the Game' is great.

"Rudy". It's an oldie, but trust me, when she sees YOU crying at the end, she'll never argue about you watching ESPN.

Oh, the Hugh Grant movie with Julia Roberts, where she is the celebrity in England. My favorite part is when Hugh's roommate says "Something's wrong with this yogurt." then Hugh says "It's mayonnaise." The roomate says "Oh, right" then keeps on eating.

Dang. I'm gonna have to go watch Dumb and Dumber to regain my senses. See what you've gotten yourself into, Bullet???
