Who would you donate money to?

If you wanted to give some financial help for the disaster who or which organization would you give too.

I know who now. I heard on the radio that the American Red Cross had an emergency meeting in New Orleans and basically said they are broke.

Keep watching the news. They continually show the numbers to the Red Cross where you can donate services or financial assistance. If you have a local Red Cross office, that too would be a good place to start.

I just heard the mayor of New York warning against making donations to services other than the Red Cross. There are a few pathetic individuals and organizations trying to make money off the nation's sympathies. Beware.
