This whole thread boils down to the fact the every gun shoots every load different. Your gun will probably shoot one of the loads great thru one choke and poorly thru another choke.
Every one should, at some point, ake your factory tubes out to the field with several different loads and pattern your gun with each load thru each choke. If you do not like the pattern. try buying a different choke.

Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

Marketing strategies for extended 'after-market' chokes is like marketing for dog food.
If 'Alpo' has a pretty picture of roasted lamb chunks on the can, it has great appeal to the purchaser, right?. The ony way to truly know if it tastes as good as it looks............is to taste it yourself. The dog can't read the label, so he doesn't know what he's gettin' ........and probably eats it so fast he doesn't taste it, anyway.
'Old Roy' has a picture of an old Coon Dog on the can - only coon hunters buy it.
If a choke tube package has a picture of a goose on it - a goose hunter will buy it. If it comes with a free wrench, it must be a great bargain. If it has 'new' or 'improved' "DUCK-MASHING TECHNOLOGY" and comes with a free bumper sticker, it has wide appeal. If it has "by hunters for hunters'....then that subject to one's opinion.
