I usually buy the 20 dollar Gerbers or Schrades from Wally World because I like a thin lock-back that'll fit in my back pocket and I have a tendency to permanently misplace things!

A.G. Russel "one handed knife" with fiberglass handle. Best $32 I have ever spent on a knife.

Yellow handled Case two-blade folding knife. Wish I had a dollar for every duck I've boned with that knife. Takes an edge really well and has good steel.

I use a hand-made knife by Chuck Helton in Vardaman, MS. It's a four inch, drop blade, antler handle, buffalo horn spacer. He does GREAT work. Nothing like a hand-made blade!

I carry a Spyderco "Cricket" everyday, never even know it's there until I need it. Great little knife, it's perfect for cleaning ducks!!!

It's a tie between the old, Old Timer single lockback blade and the Case XX single blade.

I like a sharp knife and one that holds an edge. Don't really care who makes it.
