Anyone see remington country on tnn sunday night?

They were hunting some frozen bean fields in arkansas. They worked on em good. Really got me going. lot of good calling, no high balls mostly chatter and quacks. The blind they hunted on the evening hunt was a well oiled machine. It was a pit with a sliding top on rollers. Ducks didn't have a chance, circle all you like you won't see us. They broke the ice with an argo and thru the big pieces out then raked the small and slush out of the hole. Great camera work.

Yep, saw the hunt on the Mossy Oak IV video. What I couldn't figure out was why they wouldn't let the ducks cup in the dekes, they decided to skybust'em on the majority of the shots. As good as the calling was they could've gotten the ducks to light on the ice.

looked like one of those days when the ducks were going to come in no matter what - they probably didn't even need to call. Maybe it was the infamous robo that was bringin them in or that little bit of open water they cleared out

The camera adds a LOT of look to the distance. They smacked those ducks plenty close. In that sitution, you really don't have a lot of open water, you simply get em down and smack em. They pumped warm water on there, and still had to break ice. When ducks aint seen soft water in 2 weeks, you don't need to hide, let alone call. travis

Yes I saw it...They had prime location, a blind to kill for, about 300 dekes, an Argo to break the ice and still used at the minimum of 2 MOJO's and SKYBUSTED!!!
It did get me fired up about the season but also dissapointed in the AVERY boys.
