New Club House

Just got back from looking at a new club house being built north of Drew. It's three stories and heard it was around 20,000 sq ft. I thought Fighting Bayou was nice this think makes it look like a baby

Prisonduck, it is called Sixshooter club. They bought almost all of Grittman Break and about 2000 acres of CRP WRP. I heard its six doctors from Jackson. It is a super nice place. The bottom floor is one big garage for boats 4 wheelers and stuff the top living area is suppose to sleep 30 comfortably. We have a lease to the Northeast of them and they have been doing some shooting in the am. The lodge reminds me of a BIG CRAWDAD"S in merigold.

Heard they were putting over $2 million in the club house alone.

Rode by this place to check it out a couple of days ago. Man it looks like a mansion. If the hunting around here stays the same It will be a good place to go hang out :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Are you sure it was doctors? I know last year the Fraziers were looking to build a very nice place in that area. The Pryor & Frazier construction business is doing pretty good. I don't know where this place is, but it sounds like something they would build.

The Fraziers are in it. So are a couple of big insurance people from jackson. i guess the rest are doctors. I took a tour of it several months ago with one of the contractors. It is going to be unbelievable. One of the members told me they were building large enough to sleep 80 people.
